If you own 10 rental units or fewer, this service is completely free with your LAA membership.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Visit the TAA Click&Lease signup page.

  2. Select the Small Owner Package (even if it shows a price, it will be waived during verification).

  3. Complete the form, verify your LAA membership, and confirm your unit count.

  4. You’ll receive login credentials once approved.
