Karen Nelsen, CAM, CAS

Karen has been in the apartment industry since 2003 in numerous positions on both the management and supplier sides of the business. As a former Director of Education, she is very active in facilitating CAM, CAPS, and CAS coursed and received her NAAEI Faculty designation in 2007. In 2024 Karen received the Houston Apartment Association Supplier of the Year.
