Join LAA &  Celine M. Williams Services for a half-day crash course of HUD’s National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) in an online webinar. A digital copy of the training materials and Certificate of Completion will be provided.

TRAINING TOPICS INCLUDE:

  • Get the most up to date information about HUD’s new inspection standards and learn how to navigate the new requirements.
  • Be able to implement processes to help prioritize and prepare for NSPIRE inspections to achieve a successful score.
  • Hear lessons learned and best practices when conducting physical inspections.
  • Learn tips and tricks to help your team focus time and money on the most important property needs.
  • Learn where to find helpful NSPIRE resources and upcoming training to stay up to date!

Attendees can earn 3 CEC's!

The class will be virtual, with a Zoom link sent to you before the event. Pricing is Per-Property, not individual attendees.
