2022 Things to Budget with LAA
Keep in mind, every party, event, education session, meeting are fundraisers for the Apartment Association, a non-profit 501(c)6 organization. This is your association and everything we do goes back to support the mission of the association in supporting you our members.
Annual Dues, no change for 2022
- $155 for any member - 1-5 Units/Homes/Doors
- $289 + $2.21 per door = 6+ Units/Homes/Doors
- $340 = Product Service Partners

January
14th – LAA Installation Banquet
Each year we install a new slate of LAA Board members and Officers. This year we will install Tanner Noble as President.
So think Winter Wonderland, Frozen, Diamonds and Denim, and an evening of fun.
Ticket pricing: Individual seating $60, Tables of 10 $650, Half Tables $350, Sponsorships range from $300-$1500
20th – LAA Membership Luncheon – 11:45 – 1:00
This luncheon will be a State of the Industry panel discussion. There will be lots of great discussions, information, and time with friends.

February
16th – REDBOOK (NAAEI CEC credits and TREC CE qualified) 9:00 – 4:30
Ticket pricing: $89 per LAA member, $129 for Non-Member; Printed REDBOOK $125
17th – State of the City - 11:30 – 1:00
This is our annual Mayoral address. The first opportunity for the Mayor to speak on the state of our city, and give his vision for our future. This is a fundraiser where a portion of the proceeds goes to a charity of the Mayor’s choice. Over the years we have donated over $275,000 to different charities.

March
16th – Doggonit! Do I Have to Approve THAT Animal? With Katie Rigsby – 11:00 – 1:00
Katie will cover all the ins and out of ESA animals for all onsite staff, including maintenance.

30th – Maintenance Mania and Membership Luncheon – 9:00-11:30 then Lunch 11:30-1:00
Maintenance Mania tests the skills of maintenance staff in a timed game of 8 different basic tasks. Then finished up with a model race car competition. Followed by lunch and a celebration of all Maintenance staff.

April
13th- Learn@Lunch, Ben Stobniki with City Pool Inspectors- 11:30 - 1:00
@ LAA, Ticket Pricing: $15, Earn 1 NAAEI CEC
13th and 14th – CPO, Certified Pool Operator (2-full days class)

30th – 2nd Annual Sporting Clay Shoot - 8:00 – 12:00
This is a fun fundraiser for the association where shooters test their skills against the 12 station sporting clays at Lubbock Shooting Complex.

September
