Forms—As a member of LAA, you can purchase the Texas Apartment Association leasing forms. These forms are the most recognized and comprehensive lease contracts and property management forms in the state. You also can purchase forms through TAA Click n’ Lease by purchasing a site license to give yourself online access to these forms. Redbook—The TAA Redbook is also available for LAA members to purchase. An indispensable legal guide, the Redbook contains landlord/tenant laws, legal articles, sample letters and forms and much more. This is also available through TAA Click n’ Lease as an online tool.
The Focus—LAA’s Focus newsletter has interesting and informative articles with news on issues that affect the multi-family industry. This also provides opportunities for advertising to our Product/Service members as well as a calendar of upcoming events, photos from past events and engaging member spotlight articles.
Sponsorships—Sponsorships of events such as the golf tournament and annual installation banquet are encouraged as means of establishing name recognition and credibility with other association members.
